Looking after all things legal, financial and contractual, Jo also oversees our interactions with both customers and suppliers. She has worked full-time in the business since its inception and remains a cornerstone of our culture and commitment to customers.

Moss oversees all aspects of our programme development. His experience as both an Olympian and extreme sportsman has proven invaluable in helping our customers realise the benefits our human performance technology offers. In his former life, Moss was not only an avid user of our product as an athlete (and the first New Zealander to win a World Championship title in Swimming), he is one of our ‘100 percenters’, i.e. every time he competed in a tier 1 event, he produced a personal best.

Roger leads our strategic positioning as a technology company. His experience as a tech-focused media expert has proven invaluable in not only helping us position Vantaset™ in the market but explain the benefits it offers stakeholders and directors in a practical sense.

Brett oversees all aspects of our platform development and implementation. Although we’ve refined our process over the past decade to ensure it works across industry, bringing it to life in a digital format to enable users to realise the benefits it offers requires a deep understanding of coding as well as an appreciation of human interactions and behaviour in large, complex organisations which Brett provides in spades.

Julian oversees the customisation of the Platform to ensure it seamlessly integrates visually into our customer’s businesses as well as our marketing materials and documentation. A passionate English-born designer, Julian has worked full-time in the industry for over 20 years prior to winging his way to New Zealand in 2018.
